The GTC apply to all sales of Products made through the Service between the Vendor and the Buyer. They are intended to govern the relations between the Vendors and the Buyers of Products, to the exclusion of those between the Buyers and Go Oryx or between the Vendors and Go Oryx. The relationship between Buyers and Go Oryx is governed by the Buyer's TOU. The relationship between Vendors and Go Oryx is governed by the Vendor TOU.

Go Oryx is not the Vendor of the Products purchased through the Service; only the Vendor, whose name is indicated on the description of each Product, is the Buyer's co-contractor for the purchase of said Products. The Products may therefore not be returned or exchanged by Go Oryx.

  1. Conclusion of the sales contract between the buyer and the Vendor

1) The Products are presented on the application with a description enabling the Buyer to know their essential characteristics, their price and the delivery time of the Product.

The Vendor's Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the application, within the limits of available stocks. Generally speaking, in the event of exceptional unavailability of a Product after the Buyer has placed an order, the Vendor will inform the Buyer and the order will be automatically cancelled and the Buyer is assured that his bank account will not be debited.

Similarly, in the particular case where the same Product is ordered by several Buyers at the same time, and depending on the availability of this Product, it will only be sold to the first Buyer who registers his order. The other Buyers will then be informed of the cancellation of their order.

However, only the contract concerning the sale of the unavailable Product(s) is affected by this cancellation.

7) Once the order is confirmed by the Vendor, an email is sent to the Buyer to confirm and summarize the order as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (available in pdf format) and the Vendor makes a firm commitment to deliver the Products within the specified time period and the Buyer's bank account is debited for the amount of the order.

8) In the event of confirmation of all or part of the Buyer's order, the Products shall be shipped by the Vendor in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article 3.

9) The Buyer must confirm without delay the good reception of each ordered Product. Otherwise, the Product will be deemed to have been received within 21 days from the date of debit of his bank account.
