Marketplace: means the mobile application offering the Services.

Because Go Oryx Services aren't targeted at minors, the company doesn't collect or store data about them. It is up to the parents and anybody exercising parental authority to decide whether their minor child is allowed to use the Go Oryx Services. If we learn that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will remove it right away.
If you are a Qatari resident under the age of 18, you acknowledge and accept that your guardian has read and approved to the terms on your behalf by agreeing to this Privacy Statement.
