Vendors’ Products listing policy

 

1.General prohibitions:

 

1.1. The Vendor may not post or sell any item that is restricted or prohibited by a federal, state or local law in any country or jurisdiction.

Because of restrictions outside of the jurisdiction where you live, selling or posting products may be illegal. We've compiled a list of prohibited and restricted items in the sections below.

This list on the other hand is not intended to be exhaustive, the Vendor is responsible for making sure that he is not posting an item that is prohibited by law in any jurisdiction in its sole and exclusive discretion, Go Oryx also reserves the right to impose additional restrictions and prohibitions.

 

1.2. Go Oryx has decided to prohibit the uploading of items that are not restricted or prohibited by law but are still contentious, such as: items that encourage illegal activities, Items that are racially, religiously or ethnically derogatory, or that promote hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance, Stocks, bonds, investment interests, and other securities, Pornographic materials or items that are sexual in nature

 

2.Prohibited items:

 

2.1. Firearms and ammunitions:

 

2.1.1. International law makes it illegal to provide any service, instruction, procedure, or aid for the production of biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons, or other Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), or known related agents. Any breach of this policy will result in Alibaba.com notifying government authorities and delisting your account.

 

2.1.2. Arms, munitions, military ordnance, weapons (including explosive weapons), and/or any related parts and components (whether integral or otherwise) are expressly forbidden from being posted, offered for sale, or purchased. Your account may be delisted as a result of such behavior.

 

2.2. Weapons:

 

Go Oryx does not permit the posting, offering for sale, or offering of purchase of weapons that can incapacitate or cause serious physical harm to others

 

2.3. Destructive material and information to national security:

 

2.3.1. State secrets or information that jeopardizes national security or public order are prohibited in all publications and other media. Your account may be delisted as a result of such behavior.

 

2.3.2. Any information promoting or advocating infringement of national sovereignty, terrorist organizations, or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, or religion is strictly forbidden. Your account may be delisted as a result of such behavior.

 

2.3.3. postings that are ethnically or racially insulting are banned. When offering or acquiring potentially offensive things or services, vendors and buyers must ensure that any terminology used conveys sufficient sensitivity to others who might see it in their postings.

 

2.4. Flammable, explosive and hazardous chemicals

 

2.4.1. Explosives, as well as related ignition and detonation devices, are absolutely prohibited from being posted. Your account may be delisted as a result of such behavior.

 

2.4.2. Radioactive substances, toxic and poisonous chemicals are forbidden.

 

2.4.3. It is illegal to advertise, sell, or buy any products that contain dangerous compounds (for example, asbestos-containing materials).

 

2.4.4. Fireworks, firecrackers, and related products are prohibited from being listed.

 

2.5. Gambling equipment:

 

It is illegal to list or sell equipment that is particularly designed for gambling. Dice and playing cards, for example, are examples of products that have other acceptable applications.

 

2.6. Government, law enforcement and military issued items:

 

2.6.1. Law enforcement badges or official law enforcement equipment from any public authority, including badges issued by the government of any country are not permitted to be listed.

 

2.6.2. Police uniforms, insignia, and vehicles may not be shown unless they are outdated and do not match current issue police uniforms, insignia, or vehicles. This fact must be expressed explicitly in the job description.

 

2.7. Illicit drugs:

 

2.7.1. opioids, tranquilizers, psychotropic medications, natural drugs, synthetic drugs, steroids, and other regulated substances are expressly prohibited from being listed or sold.

 

2.7.2. drug paraphernalia, which includes all things principally intended or designed for use in the manufacture, concealment, or use of a controlled substance, is strictly prohibited.

 

2.8. Alcohol and tobacco products:

 

2.8.1. Tobacco items, such as cigars, cigarettes, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing tobacco, and tobacco leaf, are prohibited from being posted.

 

2.8.2. The listing of alcohol is prohibited.

 

2.9. Medical drugs and devices:

 

2.9.1. The posting of prescription drugs, psychotropic drugs and narcotics is strictly prohibited.

 

2.9.2. It is illegal to list or sell sexual enhancement foods and supplements that are orally applied or ingested.

 

2.9.3. Prescription veterinary drugs may not be listed.

 

2.9.4. The posting of unlicensed medical devices is prohibited. Members may only publish permitted medical devices to the application after obtaining the necessary manufacture and sales permits, and transactions involving these products are strictly forbidden as Relevant Online Transactions.

 

2.10. Adult and obscene materials:

 

2.10.1. Pornographic content must not be posted or sold, as it is against the law in many countries.

 

2.10.2. Bestiality, rape sex, incest, or sex with graphic brutality or degradation, as well as any goods showing or suggesting sex involving minors, are all severely prohibited.

 

2.11. Human parts and human remains:

 

The listing of human body parts and remains is prohibited. Organs, bones, blood, sperm, and eggs are just a few examples of materials that are prohibited. Human hair products, such as wigs for commercial usage, are allowed.

 

2.12. Stolen property:

 

The application strongly prohibits the posting or sale of stolen property, which is illegal under international law. Items taken from private persons, as well as goods taken without license from companies or governments, are all examples of stolen property.

 

2.13. Precious metals:

 

Go Oryx does not permit listings that offer the sale or buying of gold, silver and other precious metals (not including jewelry).

 

2.14. Replica and counterfeit items:

 

2.14.1. Listing of counterfeits, non-licensed replicas, or unauthorized items, such as counterfeit designer garment, watches, handbags, sunglasses, or other accessories, is strictly prohibited.

 

2.14.2. If the products sold bear the name or logo of a company, but did not originate from or were not endorsed by that company, such products are prohibited.

 

2.14.3. Postings of luxury brand products are permitted if a certificate of authorization has been issued by the luxury brand owner.
